These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and oke63 ("oke63," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the oke63 online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality available at oke63.net (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of oke63, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the oke63 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by oke63 or any applicable regulatory authority.

oke63 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the oke63 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

When registering your oke63 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oke63 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. oke63 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• You must notify oke63 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• oke63 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• You must log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• oke63 reserves the right to suspend any account that shows signs of suspicious activity pending investigation.

oke63 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide all documents requested, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (UMID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address.

All transactions on the oke63 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). oke63 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your oke63 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. oke63 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. oke63 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the oke63 account. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours.

• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification.
• oke63 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to oke63 customer support immediately.
• oke63 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network outages.

oke63 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any transaction that appears to be structured to avoid reporting thresholds, or that is otherwise suspicious, will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.

oke63 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all oke63 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. oke63 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

• oke63 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific promotional terms.

All games available on the oke63 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within each game interface.

By placing a wager on the oke63 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. oke63 will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet except in the event of a technical error or manifest error on the part of oke63.

Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and event type. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at oke63's discretion. Settlement of sports bets will be based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke63 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems. Any such errors must be reported to oke63 support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your oke63 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward oke63 staff or other players.

oke63 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any suspected illegal activity will be investigated and reported as required by applicable law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without oke63's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of oke63's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oke63 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond oke63's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or results caused by technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

oke63's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oke63 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude oke63's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You may close your oke63 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

oke63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• oke63 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• oke63 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• oke63 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, oke63 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, and to withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the oke63 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting oke63 customer support. oke63 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. oke63 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, and any regulatory complaints may be directed to the appropriate Philippine gaming authority.

oke63 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, oke63 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the oke63 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. oke63 recommends reviewing these Terms at least once every three months.
